Great British Apple and Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Serves 4


200g rolled oats

600ml coconut milk

3 British apples such as Gala, chopped

1 tsp honey, plus extra for drizzling

1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra for sprinkling

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1 tsp chia seeds


Mix oats, coconut milk, British apple, honey and cinnamon in a bowl. Cover, then put in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Remove from fridge.

Top with a layer of chopped apples, and finish with cinnamon, a drizzle of honey, and coconut yoghurt.
